I am subscribed to Netflix through Xfinity. I am unable to login to Netflix anywhere but my Xfinity set top box. It says the email or password is incorrect (it is not). I tried multiple times to reset my password, but am not receiving the reset emails. The issue is not with my email itself as I was previously advised by Netflix support.
